These yellow seal silver certificates were printed during World War II in $1, $5, and $10 denominations for use by US troops in Europe and Northern Africa. Similar to those issued in Hawaii following the attack on Pearl Harbor, these emergency issue silver certificates were printed with a different colored seal so they could be easily demonitized in the event that large quantities were to fall into enemy hands.

With just 4 notes graded finer at PMG, this pristine example would make an excellent addition to any collection of US currency or WWII memorabilia.
